211abec4df Revert "Disabled gnomevfs, enabled gio" 
In comm-1.9.2, which TB 3.1.x is based on, support for GIO
has not yet been landed.  We should backport that at some
point, but until we do, we need to build with GnomeVFS backend
in order to load the nsGnomeModule, which provides the bits for
integration with GNOME.

This reverts commit 4f3e53a941.

7ea5b261d9 Don't overwrite CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS 
The -debuginfo mozconfig was stomping on our CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS.
Stop passing them in via the configure flag and just pass them
via their environment variables.
