Michal Schmidt cfb7231dc4 update Obsoletes, Provides ... Bump Obsoletes versions for upstart and readahead to cover their last releases built in Koji. Drop Obsoletes for stuff that was already gone in F17 (we only support upgrades from F<n-1>, F<n-2>).
