Subject: [PATCH] Add AV production controllers to hwdb and add uaccess
This adds support for AV production controller devices, such
as DJ tables, music-oriented key pads, and others.
The USB vendor and product IDs come from Mixxx, Ctlra, and
Ardour.
Fixes #20533
