- Skip model selection screen when adding a new printer for which we know
the exact model.
- Better integration for HPLIP hp and hpfax queues.
- Work around HPLIP option parsing bug.
- Pre-select the current device correctly.
- Better descriptions for types of available connection.
- Perform lowercase operations in a locale-independent manner (trac #151).
