Subject: [PATCH] Fix validation of certificates with CN=* (#1523)
The bug was discovered and detailed by Joshua Rogers at
https://megamansec.github.io/Squid-Security-Audit/
where it was filed as "Buffer UnderRead in SSL CN Parsing".
