8754e0ccd5 Drop mapping from RHEL releases to Fedora releases 
IMHO, it's error prone and confusing. It's also hard to maintain as each
new RHEL release requires a new mapping.

f378d4d293 Add explicit Requires for some Perl modules 
The Requires are not strictly needed right now because the packages are
already pulled in by perl-interpreter, but that might change in the future.
Better be explicit now than waste time hunting down the dependencies later.
