smc_rnics: update smc_chk to extract PNetID from column 9
Adapt the smc_chk script to extract PNetID from
column 9 of the updated smc_rnics output, which now
includes two new columns: PCI Function Type (PFT)
and Virtual Function (VF).
The column index shift is handled to maintain correct PNET_ID parsing.
