Rebased to version 1.7.4

Support for obtaining ACPI tables directly from QEMU.
Initial support for XHCI USB controllers (initially for QEMU only).
Support for booting from pvscsi devices on QEMU.
Enhanced floppy driver - improved support for real hardware.
coreboot cbmem console support.
