Utilities for alternative packaging

Michal Domonkos 1d039861f9 Use fixed 2.0.3 tarball ... I made a mistake in the original 2.0.3 release (in tests/CMakeFiles.txt) which I then fixed with an additional commit, re-tagged the release and uploaded a new tarball to the lookaside cache, so use it here.
