Upgrade to rubygem-mysql2 0.5.5.

Remove patching the GC.verify_compaction_references in spec suite,
Appropriate fix is present in Fedora and upstream Ruby 3.2 already.
Fedora Ruby 3.1 fixed the support via the following commits:
