- isolate cdb access configuration (experimental, use at your own risk).
- fix: hard fail on locked dbopen if CDB locking not in use.
- fix: dbconfig with mp_mmapsize=16Mb/mp_size=1Mb for "everything ENOSPC"
    failure check.
