Subject: [PATCH] Isolate %_smp_build_ncpus and use it for %_smp_mflags.
|

Refactor _smp_build_ncpus and use it in %_smp_mflags. Note that now
|
|
having a single CPU, %_smp_mflags is expanded to '-j1'.
|
