- BuildRequires readline-devel >= 4.2 for the rl_completion_matches
    function
- Added dump-0.4b27-dump-atomic-read-write.patch to avoid namespace
    conflict with included kernel headers. atomic_read is a function on
    s390 and as such, cannot be #undef'd
