Resolves: RHEL-30179
remove strip of realtime-entsk and generate debuginfo
ensure all files have valid SPDX license identifiers
remove Red Hat Makefile targets and specfile
Makefile cleanups and added .gitignore
drop the 'v' in the version string for the tarball
Makefile: add options for passing annocheck
Bump version to 2.5
