rasdaemon: add support for memory_failure events
Add support to log the memory_failure kernel trace
events.
Example rasdaemon log and SQLite DB output for the
memory_failure event,
=================================================
rasdaemon: memory_failure_event store: 0x126ce8f8
rasdaemon: register inserted at db
