* Mon Jun 30 2014 Kevin Kofler <Kevin@tigcc.ticalc.org> 5.3.1-4 - support the old versions of libxcb and libxkbcommon in F19 and F20 - don't use the bundled libxkbcommon As per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:No_Bundled_Libraries (all prior 5.3.x builds are NOT shippable). Also fixes QT_NO_XKB getting set in those broken builds.
