Add UEFI definitions for literals, enums, structs, GUIDs, etc... that

will be used by TDX to build the UEFI Hand-Off Block (HOB) that is passed
|
|
to the Trusted Domain Virtual Firmware (TDVF).

|
|
design guide[3].
