VM guest does have arch_capabilities in cpuinfo/flags.

|
Current Icelake-Server CPU model lacks all the features enumerated by
|
|
MSR_IA32_ARCH_CAPABILITIES.
|
|
|
|
Add them, so that guest of "Icelake-Server" can see all of them.
|
|
