Upstream: RHEL ONLY
The e1000+e1000e pair should be more than sufficient for the
"ancient non-virtio NIC" use case.
There does not appear to be any compelling reason to continue supporting
the rtl8139 NIC, so we should deprecate it in RHEL-10, with a view to
deleting it in RHEL-11.
