Allow the TPM_TIS_SYSBUS device dynamic instantiation onto the

||
|
|
platform bus. The TPM_TIS sysbus device compilation will be enabled
|
||
|
|
in a separate patch. That way associated qmp tests pass once the config
|
||
|
|
is set.
|
