Subject: [PATCH] Free xmlDoc on initDocDict failure in _newXMLDoc/_newHTMLDoc
If __GLOBAL_PARSER_CONTEXT.initDocDict() raises an exception after
xmlNewDoc()/htmlNewDoc() has already allocated the document, the
error path never frees it.
