This allows e.g.:

%{pyproject_extras_subpkg -n python3-hypothesis %{extras}}
...
%pyproject_buildrequires -x %{extras}
(Note that %pyproject_extras_subpkg is a tiny wrapper around %python_extras_subpkg.)
