Add python2-setuptools to BuildRequires
This gives us the full egg-info directory. If we don't do this, then upgrades are broken because the egg-info dir switches to a file which conflicts. See bug 1750362 Signed-off-by: Kevin Fenzi <kevin@scrye.com>
