Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo f4a9b7f7fc Adopt python-ethtool, python bindings for the ethtool kernel interface, to 
be used in tools such as tuna, that will be submitted for review soon.
    Comes with pethtool, a ethtool clone used as a demonstration.
