Bryan Gurney d7a0f7b939 Remove check test and add gating test ... Remove the check test, and add a gating test. Also remove the Requires and BuildRequires lines for python3-pyparsing, as the build only required it for the now-removed check test, and the Python package build will use setup.py to auto-generate Requires lines.
