Python serial port access library

c9s uses %{_bindir}/miniterm.py, while c10s uses %{_bindir}/python-miniterm.
When upgrading from 9 to 10, any script referencing to miniterm.py will be broken.
Therefore add a symlink.
Also cover for miniterm-3.py and miniterm-%{python3_version}.py, just as it was
done for c9s.
