Translates PostScript and PDF graphics into other vector formats

Sebastian Kisela cd4616c990 Remove LIBPNG_LDFLAGS from config ... Since version 3.70 upstream seized to use libpng in linking phase as the whole png generation is now being done by ghostscript itself.
