	* Cleaned up usage and error messages and releasing of memory by
   	  semodule_* utilities.
	* Corrected error reporting by semodule.
	* Updated semodule_expand for change to sepol interface.
	* Merged fixes for make DESTDIR= builds from Joshua Brindle.
