Update pmix to 4.2.8

Exclude ix86, configure: abort in 32-bit environments
  https://github.com/openpmix/openpmix/pull/2892
  and Open MPI v5.0.x does not support 32 bit
  https://github.com/open-mpi/ompi/issues/11248
