Package compiler and linker metadata toolkit

Amit Shah a888a3102a Require system-rpm-config, as that is not installed by default ... pkg-config queries the system vendor, host type, etc. This information is provided via system-rpm-config (via the redhat-rpm-config) package. Depend on it to avoid failures.		2022-11-01 19:25:02 +01:00
