0d29ff7b18 Module::Build requires CPAN::Meta ≥ 2.110420 
Have perl-Module-Build explicitly require perl(CPAN::Meta) >= 2.110420,
needed for creation of MYMETA files by Build.PL; the dual-life version of
the package already has this dependency

159a1304e7 Fix CPAN{,-Meta{,-YAML}} and related sub-packages 
- Parse-CPAN-Meta explicitly requires CPAN::Meta::YAML and JSON::PP
- Exclude CPAN::Meta* from CPAN sub-package
- Don't try to normalize CPAN-Meta, JSON-PP, and Parse-CPAN-Meta versions;
  their dual-life packages aren't and have much higher numbers already

43e2287e32 Update to 5.14.0.RC1 - release candidate 1! 
- build RC1 of 5.14.0

d6a27c21eb Remove rpath-make patch 
The patch does the same as upstream. Also we use --enable-new-dtags
linker option for some time, so it's not needed. Build log is free of
`could not LD_PRELOAD' nonexisting library messages now.
