Subject: [PATCH] Update to 1.302113

- New upstream release 1.302113
  - Fix test on threaded 5.8
  - Fix SIGPIPE in IPC test
  - Mark t/Test2/regression/gh_16.t as usually AUTHOR_TESTING only
