Spec clean up
- Explicitly require perl(Package::Generator) - Make %files list more explicit - Mark POD files as %doc - Use DESTDIR rather than PERL_INSTALL_ROOT - Don't need to remove empty directories from buildroot - Don't use macros for commands - Use tabs
