Jason Tibbitts 0d05351543 Update to 2.02. 
Add new dependencies on Moo and Moo::Role.
Remove optional test dependency on RHEL.  The package has additional
dependencies and doesn't run there in any case, and I prefer not to
clutter the specfile with RHEL6-specific conditionals.
