- New upstream release 1.42
  - fixed incorrect documentation of how to enable CRL checking
  - fixed incorrect letter in Sebastien in Credits
  - changed order of the Changes file to be reverse chronological
  - fixed a compile error when building on Windows with MSVC6
- Drop UTF8 patch, no longer needed
