Update to 1.20 (rhbz#2256127)

- New upstream release 1.20
  - Remove --no-undefined from compiler test, which is not compatible with all
    platforms (GH#37)
  - Skip t/pty_get_winsize.t tests on AIX (GH#32)
  - Fix patchlevel check for util.h (GH#27)
