Remove not needed Socket6 package in build
There is code in t/15io-socket.t: ... my $AF_INET6 = eval { Socket::AF_INET6() } || eval { require Socket6; Socket6::AF_INET6() }; ... Default is usage of Socket for ipv6 and it's our case.
