+I'm sorry to be seeming to drag my heels on this, but I don't really want to
+produce another release just to change the license, at this time. So:

+I hereby declare that Fedora may distribute the Font::TTF and
+Font::TTF::Scripts modules under the Artistic 2.0 license.

+I have changed the COPYING file in both projects and the next version will
+appear with it. If you still really need me to do another release (sigh) then
