- New upstream release 0.08
  - Tweak documentation and fix typos
  - Added $INCLUDE_DOTFILES and $INCLUDE_DOTDIRS
  - Added delete_share
  - Tests may now be run in parallel
- Don't need to remove empty directories from the buildroot
