- Specify all build dependencies
- Simplify find command using -delete
- Use %license where possible
- Drop EL-5 support
  - Drop BuildRoot: and Group: tags
  - Drop explicit buildroot cleaning in %install section

  - Drop workaround for building with Test::More < 0.88
