  - Fix 'use Error::Simple' overriding the $VERSION (CPAN RT#122713)
- Drop EL-5 support
  - Drop BuildRoot: and Group: tags
  - Drop explicit buildroot cleaning in %install section
  - Drop explicit %clean section
