- New upstream release 1.25
  - Strings like "NaN" are still strings
  - Update maintainer and repository information
  - New option $Data::Dump::LINEWIDTH controls when to perform a line break
    (default is 60)
- Use author-independent source URL
- Use %{make_build} and %{make_install} macros
- Make %files list more explicit
