  - Fix for Makefile.PL depending on . in @INC (CPAN RT#120084)
  - Use of Compress::Raw::Lzma::RawDecoder failed with large amount of data
    (CPAN RT#105460)
  - AppendOutput for "encode" methods said default was 1; it is actually 0
