Paweł Poławski 16e7b5de92 Tests: Update unit tests timeout 
RHEL uses this repo for releases. Part of the procedure is unit testing
which takes big amount of time. On some machines default 3h time limit
may be not long enough to complete tests.

This limit has been changed to 4h now.
