Tomáš Hozza 88d30bc1c8 Test/unit-tests: copy enhancements from c10s branch ... Since [1], TMT finally applies downstream patches when extracting sources for testing. Fixing this took eternity, and in the meantime, we moved to using rhpkg / centpkg to prepare the sources for testing. rhpkg started to reach out to Red Hat Product Pages, which requires RH VPN access and a valid kerberos ticket, which is not available in CI environment. Let's move back to relying on TMT to extract sources and apply downstream, patches. In addition, support dot releases.
