Fix build due to unresolved unitdir

According to Fedora packaging guidelines
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Systemd#Filesystem_locations
in order for the %{_unitdir} macro to exist, our package must have
BuildRequires: systemd.

Addressing:
