Simon Pichugin ee624ac9c5 Bring back removed '-h' and '-p' client tools parameters 
The client tools parameters '-h' and '-p' are still deprecated,
but this release brings back the client tools options that
were removed during the previous rebase.

Resolves: RHEL-19384
