A composable build system for OCaml

At the time of writing emacs is not installable because of a problem with webkit (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2050480). I'm sure this will be fixed eventually, but I found that we don't need full emacs, a scratch build using emacs-nox worked fine. |
