Subject: [PATCH 14/15] common: Increase count of possible CPUs per-node

Upcoming AMD Zen 4 processors support up to 256 threads per
|
|
NUMA node in NPS1 configuration. Hence, increase the number
|
|
of possible CPUs per-node to 256.
