Andreas Schneider 5714bc50d4 Add rpminspect file to ignore badfuncs 
Details:
Forbidden function symbols found:
	gethostbyaddr
	gethostbyname
	gethostbyname2

nss_wrapper is implementing those calls to wrap them!
